1. Manufacturing and Supplying Food Products, Seafood, Protective wear for seafood industry with the highest quality, ensuring food safety and traceability capabilities, compliance with the provisions of Vietnam and importing countries as well as the specific requirements of each customer .
2. Constantly improve the quality management system to further increase the VINASEA Value in each company’s products through the implementation of advanced quality management methods 5S, TQM, KAIZEN … and apply management system ISO 9001:2008.
3. Implement the policy of transparency and truthfulness of information about product quality and enforcement of compliance with the quality commitment to customers. Any complaints and claims about product quality from consumers, the relevant department immediately conducted to access records and actual surveys to answer the possible causes and measures to prevent recurrence, within 30 minutes and 120 minutes after receiving any customer claim .
4. Dedicated service to customers with a sense of “Client is our Owner“, thinking customer success is the success of Vinasea, by providing customers with high quality products, reasonable price, reliable source and ensure that delivery deadlines with complete information access and professional after-sales service.
5. Always listen and receive feedback from customers, conscious approach to learning new knowledge and technology to constantly improve the quality of goods and services to meet the growing needs of customers .
6. Develop Vinasea’s culture by building a friendly and heathy working environment , a clean – tidy – safe working place , a professional – dynamic – effective working method . To promote the contribution of each individual employees to the overall success of VINASEA , for the benefit of the Company – Employees – Society.
